The company is pursuing business expansion while strengthening their products and services to best serve their loyal clients widespread all over the world, including the Arab countries, Europe, Asia, and others, as well as international and governmental organizations such as the UN, UNDP, UNICEF and US ARMY. Dear All, We would like to announce that on 27th January 2022 a deal was completed between Sleeman & Hawken Limited (“SHL”) and Lister Petter Co Limited (“LPCL”) for the sale of the entire issued share capital of Lister Petter IPR Holdings Limited (“LPIPR”). Therefore, a change of control of LPIPR occurred on the same date. From 27th January on, LPCL, have the resources, capability and expertise to further develop a wider range of products for the Lister Petter brand. LPCL will continue to provide what is currently manufactured and will support these models. All heritage Lister Petter models will continue to be supported with genuine spare parts as it does today
