This is to formally announce and inform you that, with immediate effect, Lister Petter IP, Brand and right to manufacture the Lister Petter Products has been acquired by Sleeman & Hawken Limited.

Sleeman & Hawken have been associated with Lister Petter for over 50 years and we feel proud on having acquired the iconic British brand which completed its 150th anniversary this year. Lister Petter Products have earned a reputation for reliability, dependability and value for money over the years.

Lister Petter Power Systems Limited is a 100% subsidiary of Sleeman & Hawken Limited and has been incorporated to manufacture and supply the Lister Petter Products through established OEMs, distributors and other channels to market.

The Lister Petter Power Systems manufacturing facility shall continue at Hardwicke in Gloucestershire, UK with a new management team in place, whilst the Head Office will be at Teignmouth in Devon, UK.
